Courtney Hadwin is an English singer-songwriter known for her powerful vocal performances and stage presence, captivating audiences on global talent competitions and establishing a career as an independent artist. After reaching the grand final of TeenStar in Newcastle in April 2015, performing Bob Dylan’s ‘Make You Feel My Love,’ Courtney Hadwin swiftly established herself as a formidable talent. The following year, she won Hartlepool’s Performer of the Year Award in April 2016 and was a finalist in the Beyond The Lights award ceremony. Her early professional milestones included opening for Sister Sledge at the South Tyneside Festival in July 2017, where she performed for over 18,000 people, and appearing as a finalist on the first season of ITV’s The Voice Kids UK in 2017, mentored by Danny Jones.
Beginning in February 2023, Hadwin independently released a series of acclaimed original singles, including ‘Breakable,’ ‘That Girl Don’t Live Here,’ ‘Call Me Back,’ and the impactful ‘Monsters.’ The latter achieved notable success, charting at No. 19 on Billboard’s ‘Hard Rock Digital Song Sales’ chart in October 2023.
