Little Mix, a British girl group, rose to prominence after winning The X Factor in 2011, making history as the first group to achieve this feat, and have since become one of the most successful female acts in contemporary British popular culture. After making history as the first group to win The X Factor in 2011, Little Mix went on to become one of the most successful female acts in contemporary British popular culture. Following their victory, the group signed with Simon Cowell’s record label Syco Music. Their debut album, ‘DNA,’ released in 2012, achieved top 10 positions in ten countries, including the UK and US.

In 2020, Jesy Nelson departed the group. Little Mix continued to achieve monumental success, becoming the first girl group in 41 years to win the British Group award at the Brit Awards in 2021. The group announced an indefinite hiatus in 2022 to pursue solo projects, with plans for a future reunion.
