There are few vocalists in dance music as well renowned as Tara McDonald. With 20 tracks hitting the top 10 in the international charts, Tara McDonald is one of the most successful and recognised voices in EDM, house and pop.
Over the last decade, Tara has collaborated with stars like Armand Van Helden, David Guetta, Axwell,Todd Terry, Dimitri Vegas and Like Mike, to name a few. With these artists, she provided the magical vocals needed to ensure they hit the Top 20 in various charts across the globe.
Signed as a top priority artist with Mercury-Universal, Tara returned to work in 2011 with David Guetta on the track ‘Pandemonium’, co-produced by Afrojack. This song saw her tour the world; from South Korea to Paris, to Ecuador and Switzerland.
By 2016, Tara released a cover of ‘I Need A Miracle’. Once again, it shot straight to No.1 in Belgium and Portugal, and peaked within the Top 20 in the French, Dutch and Italian charts. One year later, Tara broke the Latin American market with her collaboration on Juan Magan’s single, ‘Love Me’. On the last day of the release, ‘Love Me’ hit No. 1 in Guatemala, Panama, El Salvador, Costa Rica and Paraguay.
In 2018, Tara put out the dance anthem, ‘Shake It’. A collaboration with Lee Cabrera and Thomas Gold, this track has already received airplay from BBC Radio 1 and other major British stations. She followed this hugely successful single up with another collaboration that’s taken over the airwaves: ‘Money Maker’, featuring Zion & Lennox, has become one of her biggest tracks to date, picking up over 1.5m views on YouTube and demonstrating that Tara McDonald remains one of the music world’s most talented and extroverted personalities.
