Tara McDonald

Tara McDonald is a British singer-songwriter and vocalist known for her collaborations with global music artists and her significant contributions to dance and pop music. After co-writing and providing lead vocals for Axwell’s 2005 international hit ‘Feel the Vibe (‘Til the Morning Comes),’ which reached No. 1 on the UK Dance Singles Chart and No. 16 on the UK Singles Chart, Tara McDonald established herself as a significant voice in dance and pop music.

This success was followed by her collaboration with Armand Van Helden on 2006’s ‘My My My,’ charting at No. 12 in the UK and within the top 30 of world dance charts. McDonald further solidified her reputation in 2007, co-writing ‘Delirious’ and ‘You Are Not Alone’ for David Guetta’s platinum-selling album ‘Pop Life,’ with ‘Delirious’ peaking at No. 24 on Billboard’s Dance/mix show airplay chart.

Her commitment to social causes is further demonstrated through her ambassadorships for various LGBTQIA+ rights and animal rights initiatives. In 2017, McDonald signed a new recording contract with Play Two/Warner Music France and released the single ‘Taxxxi.’ She continued her global collaborations with the 2019 release of ‘Money Maker,’ featuring Zion & Lennox, reinforcing her international presence and appeal in the music industry.
