While She Sleeps

While She Sleeps is an English metalcore band known for their dynamic sound and direct engagement with their fanbase, transitioning from traditional label structures to an innovative subscription-based model. Their career is marked by critical acclaim and a consistent output of studio albums and EPs. After releasing their acclaimed debut album This Is the Six on August 13, 2012, While She Sleeps solidified their position as a leading force in metalcore, earning the Best British Newcomer award at the Kerrang! Awards 2012.

This led to their third album, You Are We, released on April 21, 2017, which was funded through a successful PledgeMusic campaign and marked a new partnership with Australian independent label UNFD. Building on their commitment to independence, While She Sleeps launched their own label, Sleeps Brothers, and introduced an innovative subscription service called Sleeps Society via Patreon in 2020, fostering direct engagement with their global fanbase. This period saw the release of their fourth album, So What?, in 2019, further cementing their unique position in the music landscape. Their fifth studio album, Sleeps Society, followed in 2021, showcasing their continued artistic growth and fan-centric model.

The band continued its prolific output with the release of Sleeps Society deluxe edition in 2022. Most recently, While She Sleeps released their highly anticipated sixth studio album, Self Hell, on March 29, 2024, continuing to deliver their dynamic sound and reinforce their reputation for innovation both creatively and commercially within the metalcore genre.
