Aaron Boone is an American sportsman, broadcaster and manager, being a former professional baseball infielder. Boone began his career in Major League Baseball playing for the Cincinnati Reds, New York Yankees, Cleveland Indians, Florida Marlins, Washington Nationals and Houston Astros for over twelve years. Boone is part of a family of athletes, being the son of Bob Boone, grandson of Ray boone and brother of Bret Boone.
Boone has been known for his success in Major League Baseball, being an All-Star in 2003 and even hit a series-winning walk-off home run in the American League Championship Series, Boone was then employed by ESPN as a game analyst, being noted for his popular contributions to the game. ESPN would then go on to headhunt Boone for Sunday Night Baseball coverage, as well as a contributor to Baseball Tonight. Boone would then expand his role, becoming the 33rd manager in franchise history for the Yankees.
