After serving as assistant choreographer for the first two seasons of In Living Color, Alex Thomas transitioned from a professional dancer on Soul Train into a multifaceted career as a stand-up comedian, actor, writer, and producer. His early comedic talents led him to appear on major platforms including BET’s Comic View, Russell Simmons Def Comedy Jam, and Comedy Central’s Premium Blend. Thomas further honed his craft with appearances on An Evening at the Improv, The Arsenio Hall Show, and The Jay Leno Show.

Beyond his entertainment endeavors, Thomas established ‘The Alex Thomas Foundation,’ a pediatric cancer charity that annually hosts ‘The Alex Thomas Celebrity Classic’ golf tournament in Los Angeles, dedicated to supporting pediatric cancer research.
