Ali Stagnitta

Ali Stagnitta is a freelance entertainment news reporter with over eight years of experience in the media industry. She graduated from The George Washington University – School of Media and Public Affairs in 2016 with a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism. Her career began early, with an editorial internship at DC Modern Luxury in 2016 where she covered the White House Correspondents Dinner and assisted with photoshoots, including one with Alexander Ovechkin. Prior to this, she gained experience as an Editorial Intern and Head Style Guru at CollegeFashionista from 2013 to 2016, managing social media and leading a team of style gurus.

From June 2016 to April 2018, Ali worked as an Editorial Coordinator at HollywoodLife.com in the Greater New York City Area. In this role, she served as an on-camera reporter for HollywoodLife’s YouTube Channel, conducting interviews with celebrities such as Chord Overstreet and Derrick Hough and covering red carpet events. She wrote various stories for HollywoodLife.com, covering topics from sports to pop culture, and assisted Editor-in-Chief Bonnie Fuller. Her responsibilities also included gathering reporting for breaking news stories. Following this, she advanced to Sr. On-Air Reporter & Writer at HollywoodLife.com in April 2018, a position she held until July 2023. In this senior role, Ali acquired and conducted daily interviews, wrote, produced, and hosted multiple daily videos for the HollywoodLife YouTube Channel, which boasts millions of subscribers. She co-hosted and secured talent for the HollywoodLife Podcast, transcribed and wrote exclusive content, and developed strategies for video and editorial content. Ali also built and managed the HollywoodLife Portrait Studio, Emmy Contenders vertical, Tony Contenders, and a partnership with ‘When We All Vote.’ She managed crisis situations and celebrity relationships, and expanded HollywoodLife’s Instagram following significantly. Her experience includes covering major events internationally, such as the LIFE BALL in Vienna, Austria, where she interviewed Charlize Theron and Caitlyn Jenner to raise awareness for the AIDS epidemic. Ali has also covered red carpet events for the MTV VMAs, Variety’s Power of Women, and the Grammy’s Music Cares. She currently also hosts ‘STORYTELLERS’ social and is the founder of What Do I Do? Brides, supporting brides-to-be.
