Alif Satar has established himself as a prominent Malaysian singer, actor, and television host, contributing significantly to the entertainment industry. After gaining significant recognition as a contestant on the inaugural season of 8TV’s reality singing competition, One in a Million, in 2006, where he ultimately secured third place in the Grand Finale, Alif Satar went on to establish himself as a prominent Malaysian singer, actor, and television host. Prior to this breakthrough, at 14, he had already performed the role of a Lost Boy in the West End production of Peter Pan The Musical. Alif expanded his career into acting with a role in the television series ‘Dendam’ in 2008.
Demonstrating his versatility, Alif collaborated with Ricky Martin on a 2014 FIFA World Cup song alongside other Asian singers, expanding his international reach. In between his acting and music commitments, Alif has built an extensive career in television hosting, featuring in popular shows such as ‘Idola Kecil’ and ‘Big Stage.’ In 2018, he showcased his commitment to personal endeavors by competing in the Ironman 70.3 race in Langkawi. He continued his musical collaborations in 2019, re-recording the song ‘Sesungguhnya’ with the Malaysian nasheed group Raihan and releasing his single ‘I Want You To Love Me.’ That same year, Alif was also appointed Harman Studio Ambassador.
