Andy Garcia is an Academy Award-nominated actor, director, and producer known for his versatile performances across various film and television projects. After his breakthrough role as Agent George Stone in Brian De Palma’s crime epic The Untouchables (1987), Andy Garcia went on to earn an Academy Award nomination for Best Supporting Actor for his indelible performance as Vincent Mancini in Francis Ford Coppola’s The Godfather Part III (1990), solidifying his status as a versatile leading man. Garcia first garnered industry attention with a role in the television series Hill Street Blues (1981) and later with his portrayal of a cocaine kingpin in 8 Million Ways to Die (1986), a performance that captured the attention of director Brian De Palma.
