Annie Bosko, born in Thousand Oaks, California, began her musical journey at a young age. At 14, she contributed vocals to “The Little Mermaid II: Return to the Sea” soundtrack in 2000. Her early career involved recording jingles, cutting demos, and songwriting for other artists. She later moved to Nashville, Tennessee, seeking to further her songwriting aspirations. Her first solo effort, “Crooked Halo,” was released in November 2014, gaining airplay on satellite radio and CMT. This period also saw her opening for various country music artists. Her debut at the Grand Ole Opry took place on September 30, 2023.
In August 2023, Bosko signed a recording contract with Stone Country Records. Her debut single, “Neon Baby,” was released to country radio on November 6, 2023, and reached number 60 on the Billboard Country Airplay chart in July 2024. This was followed by the release of her self-titled EP on January 5, 2024, produced by Derek George and Mickey Jack Cones. Her career progression includes performing with prominent artists like Andrea Bocelli, Adele, and Darius Rucker.
