Allen Sherod, aka ATown, is an Instagram celebrity, actor, singer and comedian who is famous for what he calls his “birdcall”. He has accumulated a number of celebrity friends, including the American activist and rapper, Meek Mill, (who has embarked on his music career as a battle rapper), and Snoop Dogg. He is a big fan of movies and cartoons, and is also keen to give back to the community. He has been featured on Baller Alert, World Star with his music, and Shaderoom! Despite his fame, due to his disabilities he has been bullied since he was a little kid, and so strives to inspire others to keep a positive outlook on life.

Born and raised in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, ATown first shot to fame when he created a YouTube channel in 2008. Soon after that he began posting videos on Instagram, mostly of him and his big brother hanging out with famous celebrities like the singer and actor, Chris Brown, Rick Ross, and, of course, Snoop Dogg. But he quickly garnered thousands of followers because of his charismatic personality and positive outlook on life. His most famous video, Da Birds are Chirping, has over 9 million views to date, gaining him the name “Birdcall” from his fans.
