Avishag Semberg

Avishag Semberg is an Israeli taekwondo athlete who has made her mark on the international stage as a formidable competitor. Born in 2001, Semberg achieved remarkable success at a young age, notably winning a bronze medal in the women’s 49 kg category at the 2020 Summer Olympics in Tokyo. This achievement not only made her the youngest Israeli to earn an Olympic medal but also marked Israel’s tenth Olympic medal overall, highlighting her significance in the country’s sporting history.
