Ben Greenfield, recognized as the National Strength and Conditioning Association’s (NSCA) Personal Trainer of the Year in 2008, has built a distinguished career as a polymath in health and human performance, integrating scientific expertise with elite athletic achievement. His foundational academic and practical expertise was cultivated through collegiate tennis at LewisClark State College, a comprehensive focus on exercise physiology and biomechanics from the University of Idaho, and an internship at Duke University, which included working directly with the Kansas City Chiefs of the National Football League. Greenfield further solidified his professional standing with multiple advanced certifications, including Sports Nutrition from the International Society of Sports Nutrition, Advanced Bicycle Fitting from Serotta, and Strength and Conditioning from the NSCA. His athletic prowess is underscored by participation in 13 Ironman competitions and over 120 endurance races, consistently achieving USA Triathlon top-ranked status in his age group.
Looking ahead, Greenfield was appointed in June 2025 as a strategic advisor to Gurner Groups Saint Haven and SAINT private health clubs.
