She is the author of three digital books: ‘My Essential Vegan’, which provides tools for plant-based meals; ‘The Guide To Sustainable Living’, aimed at empowering individuals to live more gently on Earth; and ‘Journal To Self’, a guide to introspection through journaling. Blue has shared her approach to Earth and Self-loving practices through live talks at locations such as Camden Roundhouse, The Southbank Centre, and Vegan Campout, and has participated in panel discussions as a guest speaker and specialist.
In March 2022, Blue Ollis embarked on full-time travel after a period of personal difficulty. She dismantled her previous life to seek new experiences, inspirations, and purpose. She now communicates her messages through eco-travel, slow living, and personal adventure and discovery. Her experiences include living in the California mountains during childhood and later returning to London as a young adult. Blue is passionate about sharing her travel experiences as a queer woman from a working-class background, aiming to make travel and exploration accessible to all communities. She engages in activities such as hiking, skiing, climbing, wild swimming, painting, writing, and practicing Cha Dao.
Tea has become important in Blue Ollis’s life, facilitating a connection with nature and herself. After years of daily practice with tea, she began sharing ‘The Way of Tea’ with others, creating spaces for individuals seeking rituals that promote presence and connection to nature. Blue travels with an emphasis on ecological and economical methods, choosing greener transport, accommodation, activities, and foods, while utilizing ‘travel hacking’ to manage costs. She invites others to find connection, inspiration, and ease through her work.
