Brad Childress

Brad Childress is a former Football coach whose extensive career spans over four decades in both college and NFL coaching roles, offering valuable insights into leadership and strategic planning. After contributing to four consecutive winning seasons, a Big Ten championship, and a Rose Bowl appearance for the Illinois Fighting Illini between 1981 and 1984, Brad Childress went on to forge a distinguished four-decade career in Football coaching. His early career as a college coach began as a running backs coach at Illinois from 1978 to 1980, transitioning to wide receivers coach until 1984. Childress further honed his skills at Northern Arizona and Utah before a successful tenure as offensive coordinator for the University of Wisconsin from 1994 to 1998.

He then moved to the Kansas City Chiefs, where he held several key offensive roles from 2013 to 2017, including spread game analyst, co-offensive coordinator in 2016, and assistant head coach in 2017. In 2018, Childress took on a head coaching position with the Atlanta Legends in the Alliance of Football, showcasing his leadership across different professional leagues. Returning to the NFL, Childress served as an offensive consultant for the Chicago Bears in 2018, followed by a role as senior offensive assistant in 2019. Throughout his career, he consistently delivered valuable insights into leadership and strategic planning at the highest levels of professional football.
