Brittany Allen is an Emmy-winning actor and film composer known for her acting roles in television series such as “All My Children” and “The Boys,” and for her compositional work in films like “What Keeps You Alive.” After earning a Daytime Emmy Award for Outstanding Younger Actress in 2011 for her compelling portrayal of Marissa Chandler on the soap opera ‘All My Children’ (2009-2010), Brittany Allen went on to establish herself as a versatile actor, composer, and producer. Her significant breakout role on ‘All My Children’ marked an important milestone in her career, showcasing her early dramatic capabilities and securing crucial industry recognition. Following this initial success, Allen expanded her television presence with recurring roles in Canadian productions such as ‘Bomb Girls’ and the American science fiction western ‘Defiance.’ Her film career saw a turning point in 2014 when she starred as April in the science fiction horror film ‘Extraterrestrial,’ directed by Colin Minihan, initiating a fruitful professional collaboration.
