Jessica Biel was born in Ely, Minnesota, to Kimberly (Conroe) and Jonathan Edward Biel. Raised in Boulder, Colorado, she began her career at age nine as a vocalist in musical theater productions such as “Annie” and “The Sound of Music.” She later transitioned to modeling and commercial work, participating in The International Modeling and Talent Association’s Annual Conference in 1994. Her acting debut was in the Kid’s Rock Opera, “It’s a Digital World” (1994), showcasing her acting and singing skills. Biel gained significant recognition for her role as Mary Camden on the WB’s series “7th Heaven,” which premiered in 1996.
Biel’s film career developed with projects including “Ulee’s Gold” (1997) alongside Peter Fonda, “The Texas Chainsaw Massacre” (2003), “Blade: Trinity” (2004), and “Stealth” (2005). She continued to take on diverse roles in films like “The Illusionist” (2006), “Next” (2007), and “Total Recall” (2012).
