Actor Bryan Greenberg is widely recognised for starring as
Ben Epstein in HBO’s How to Make it in America and Jake Jagielski in the hugely
popular teen series One Tree Hill.
A native to Omaha Nebraska, he received his first
opportunities in the film industry after playing the kid in the
nationally-broadcasted Cookie Crisp cereal commercial. After graduating from
the New York University Theatre School, Greenberg was cast as Romeo in NYU’s
production of Romeo & Juliet and performed with theatre productions such as
the Experimental Theatre Workshop, Amsterdam Experimental Workshop and the
Atlanta Theatre Company.
Following a small part playing Matt Wheeler on legal series
Law & Order, Greenberg made his big-screen debut in A Civil Action, a
depiction of the infamous Anderson vs. Cryovac lawsuit. He subsequently
appeared in several other TV series including The Sopranos, Third Watch and
Boston Public.
After playing Matty Matthews in the 2004 crime comedy The
Perfect Score along Scarlett Johansson, Chris Evans and Erika Christensen,
Greenberg went on to land significant roles across both film and TV, appearing
as Uma Thurman’s love interest in the romantic blockbuster comedy Prime before
headlining ABC’s soap opera October Road. More recently, Greenberg appeared
alongside Mila Kunis as Kate Hudson’s brother in the uproarious comedy Friends
with Benefits.
