Caroline Hyde is a prominent broadcast journalist, currently hosting Bloomberg Television’s daily technology show, following extensive experience in global finance and technology reporting. After gaining foundational experience in financial communications, Caroline Hyde joined Bloomberg in 2008 as a corporate finance reporter for Bloomberg News, quickly establishing herself as a leading voice in European debt markets. She previously earned an MA (Oxon) in Politics, Philosophy and Economics from Oxford University and began her professional journey in public relations at London’s Moorgate Group. As a debt market specialist, Hyde managed campaigns for key clients including Standard & Poor’s and Lloyds Banking Group.

Her progression at Bloomberg continued as she moved to co-anchor ‘Bloomberg Markets: The Close’ from New York, further broadening her reach and influence in financial broadcasting. Hyde’s expertise in technology reporting deepened significantly when she anchored ‘Bloomberg Technology’ in San Francisco from December 2016 to May 2017.
