Charles Pic has transitioned from a Formula One driver to a motorsport executive and business leader, bringing a unique blend of competitive drive and strategic acumen to his ventures. After securing a third-place finish and rookie champion title in Formula Renault Campus France in 2006, Charles Pic quickly established himself as a formidable talent in junior motorsport categories. He continued his ascent with a third-place finish in Eurocup Formula Renault 2.0 in 2007. Pic then joined Tech 1 Racing for the Formula Renault 3.5 Series, where he earned two wins in the 2008 season and another two wins in 2009, culminating in a strong third-place overall finish in the 2009 championship.

In 2015, he joined the Charles André Group, a leading French logistics company, where he currently serves as the Managing Director of their Assets Department. This strategic career pivot showcased his ability to leverage competitive drive and strategic acumen in a corporate environment. Further solidifying his commitment to motorsport as an executive, Pic acquired full ownership and control of DAMS in 2022. This renowned French racing team competes in FIA Formula 2 and under Pic’s leadership, continues its legacy of nurturing young talent within the motorsport world.
