Chase Claypool is a professional wide receiver who has played for multiple NFL teams, leveraging his athletic background and on-field experience into various partnerships. After being drafted by the Pittsburgh Steelers in the second round, 49th overall, of the 2020 NFL Draft, Chase Claypool immediately made an impact, signing a four-year, $6.61 million rookie contract. His collegiate career at the University of Notre Dame saw him emerge as a top prospect, culminating in a standout senior year in 2019 where he recorded 66 catches for 1,037 yards and 13 touchdowns, making him Notre Dame’s primary receiver. Prior to this, his junior year in 2018 included 50 receptions for 639 yards and four touchdowns, and in 2017, he started eight games, finishing with 29 receptions for 402 yards and two touchdowns.
Demonstrating his adaptability across teams, he signed a one-year contract with the Buffalo Bills on May 3, 2024.
