Chloe Coscarelli is a vegan chef and author known for her pioneering work in plant-based cuisine, transitioning from culinary competition winner to successful restaurateur and cookbook author. After becoming the first vegan chef to win Food Network’s ‘Cupcake Wars’ in 2010, Chloe Coscarelli gained national recognition, showcasing innovative plant-based desserts to a wide audience and highlighting the potential for vegan cuisine. Prior to this breakthrough, Coscarelli honed her skills, graduating from the Natural Gourmet Institute in New York City and attending Cornell Universitys plant-based nutrition program.
