Chloe James has accumulated over 20 years of experience in media, marketing, public relations, and communications. She holds a First Class Honours Degree in Creative and Performing Arts, which provided a foundational understanding of communication and presentation. Throughout her career, James has consistently focused on the financial services sector, developing expertise across various international markets including Australia, Asia, the UK, Canada, and the USA. Her work demonstrates a consistent trajectory from specialist roles to leadership positions, marked by an emphasis on strategic insights and digital media.

Since 2016, James has served as the Group Media Director and Editor of both the Australian Retail Banker and Global Retail Banker for RFi Group, a global strategic insights provider. In this capacity, she oversees media strategy and content development for key publications. Concurrently, she has been a prominent broadcast television presenter and host for Sky News Australia, where her programs delve into business, technology, entrepreneurship, and FinTech. These roles have provided a platform to interview global leaders, extracting insights on their careers and ventures.
