Chris Parson

Christopher L. Parson, born in Los Angeles, California, graduated from the USC School of Cinema Television in 2001. His early career involved roles in talent management and digital artist management at Sony Pictures Imageworks. A turning point arrived after a layoff from Sony, leading him to pursue voice acting. He entered the field by responding to a classified ad, which marked the beginning of a prolific career. Parson quickly established himself as a narrator for various documentaries and television series, including specials for “The Fifth Element” and “The Pursuit of Happyness” DVDs, as well as VH1’s “Fabulous Life: Really Rich Real Estate.” He also served as the narrator for the Fox series “Nashville.”

Parson’s voice acting journey expanded into animated television, where he voiced the title role in Comedy Central’s “Lil’ Bush” and contributed to popular shows like Fox’s “Family Guy,” “American Dad!,” “The Cleveland Show,” and Disney’s “Handy Manny.” A significant milestone in his career was becoming the on-air promotions voice for the Syfy Network in 2009, a role he maintained until 2015. His film credits include “Rango” (2011), where he voiced multiple characters, and “Cats & Dogs: The Revenge of Kitty Galore” (2010).

In the realm of video games, Parson has lent his voice to numerous acclaimed titles. He is widely recognized for his roles as Junkrat in “Overwatch” (2016) and its sequel “Overwatch 2” (2022), Gladiolus Amicitia in the “Final Fantasy XV” universe (2016 onwards), and Vikhor ‘Stitch’ Kuzmin in “Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War” (2020) and “Call of Duty: Black Ops 6” (2024). His extensive video game work also includes “Assassin’s Creed: Revelations” (2011) as Yusuf Tazim, “Metro: Last Light” (2013) and “Metro Exodus” (2019) as Artyom, “Grand Theft Auto V” (2013), “God of War” (2018), “Red Dead Redemption 2” (2018), “Diablo IV” (2023), and “Like a Dragon: Infinite Wealth” (2024). Beyond acting, Parson has also directed and produced short films such as “Technical Exercise # 82” (2000), “Anniversary” (2000), “Southpaw, or: What I Learned About Being Left-Handed” (2001), and the film “A Cloud So High” (2022).
