Christian Walker is a professional baseball first baseman renowned for his defensive skills and offensive contributions, currently playing for the Houston Astros. After contributing to back-to-back National Championships with the South Carolina Gamecocks in 2010 and 2011, Christian Walker solidified his collegiate career by being part of the team that reached the College World Series finals in 2012. During his tenure, Walker logged 28 career hits in the College World Series, matching the tournament’s historical record. His exceptional performance led to him being drafted by the Baltimore Orioles in the fourth round of the 2012 MLB Draft, making his Major League Baseball debut with the Orioles on September 17, 2014.

Demonstrating his developing talent, Walker was named PCL Most Valuable Player with the Reno Aces in 2017.
