Corbin Carroll has rapidly become a prominent figure in Major League Baseball, achieving significant milestones early in his career and demonstrating a commitment to community engagement.
Corbin Carroll teamed up with the Arizona Diamondbacks Foundation to fund programs supporting children's programs and dedicated projects. His commitment includes funding for opportunities for kids to play baseball and softball, including the D-backs' Nike Jr. RBI Program with the Boys & Girls Clubs of the Valley, and equipment donations for low-income leagues. He also hosts students and youth athletes throughout the season who have demonstrated exceptional commitment, sportsmanship, volunteerism, character, and kindness.
In partnership with the Arizona Diamondbacks Foundation and Honeywell Aerospace, Carroll helped create and distribute 10,000 Corbin Carroll-themed STEM children's books, 'Martian Moon Mayhem,' to local students around the Valley in 2024.

Corbin Franklin Carroll, born on August 21, 2000, in Seattle, WA, developed an early passion for baseball, idolizing players like Ichiro Suzuki. He attended Lakeside School in Seattle, where he excelled, being named the Gatorade Washington Player of the Year in his senior year (2019) with a .540 batting average, nine home runs, and 26 RBI. Carroll was drafted by the Arizona Diamondbacks as the 16th overall pick in the first round of the 2019 MLB draft, signing for $3.7 million. His professional career began in the minor leagues, with stints in the Arizona League Diamondbacks and Hillsboro Hops. Despite a setback in 2021 with a season-ending shoulder injury, Carroll demonstrated resilience, returning to play for the Amarillo Sod Poodles and Reno Aces in 2022.
Carroll made his Major League debut on August 29, 2022, with the Arizona Diamondbacks, showcasing immediate impact with a two-RBI double. In 2023, his first full season, he signed an eight-year contract extension worth $111 million. This year was marked by numerous achievements: he became an MLB All-Star, the first rookie in MLB history to achieve 20+ home runs and 50+ stolen bases, and the recipient of the National League Rookie of the Year Award by a unanimous vote. He also earned All-MLB First Team honors and played a crucial role in the Diamondbacks’ run to the 2023 World Series. Carroll’s performance in 2024 further solidified his status, setting career highs in games played, triples, and walks, and being named NL Player of the Month for August.
The 2025 season continued his trajectory of success, with Carroll hitting his 20th home run of the year by June 13 and joining the exclusive 30-30 club on September 21, becoming the first Diamondback to do so. He established himself as the second player in MLB history to record 30+ HR, 30+ SB, 30+ 2B, and 15+ 3B in a single season, paralleling Jimmy Rollins (2007). Beyond his on-field achievements, Carroll actively engages in community initiatives, partnering with the Arizona Diamondbacks Foundation and Honeywell to support children’s programs, promote baseball and softball, and distribute educational STEM books.
