Corinne Stoddard

Corinne Stoddard is an American short track speed skater and Olympian, recognized for her consistent performance and medal-winning achievements at national and international competitions. After earning a gold medal in the 10K elimination race at the Inline World Junior Championship in 2019, Corinne Stoddard rapidly became a prominent figure in American short track speed skating. She demonstrated consistent high-level performance as a core member of the Short Track National Team, serving from 2018 to 2024. During the impactful 2019-2020 season, Stoddard secured a pivotal bronze medal with the relay team in Shanghai, a significant achievement that marked the United States’ first World Cup medal in that specific event in eight years, immediately establishing her as a formidable competitor on the international stage.

Her achievements included a silver medal in the fiercely contested 3000 meters relay and bronze medals in both the 1500 meters and 2000 meters mixed relay events. These remarkable 2024 World Championship medals positioned her among the select few, making her one of the first American women, alongside Kristen Santos-Griswold, to medal at the event since 2012, profoundly underscoring her enduring impact and historical significance in the sport of short track speed skating.
