Damon Huard

Damon Huard transitioned from a successful NFL quarterback to a respected figure in collegiate athletics and a burgeoning entrepreneur in the wine industry. With an NFL career spanning over a decade, two Super Bowl championships, and a record-setting performance for lowest interception percentage in a season, Huard brings a wealth of experience in high-performance environments, making him a valuable asset for brands seeking authenticity and a proven track record. After becoming the University of Washington’s all-time passing leader with 5,692 yards in 1995, Damon Huard went on to achieve significant success in the NFL, building on a distinguished collegiate career. During his final season with the Huskies in 1995, Huard passed for 2,415 yards and 11 touchdowns, a culmination of a standout tenure that included leading the team to an 18-point victory over the Miami Hurricanes at the Orange Bowl in 1994, thereby ending their formidable nine-year home winning streak.

Huard continued his impactful NFL career with the New England Patriots, joining the team in 2001 and serving as a backup quarterback behind Tom Brady and Drew Bledsoe. During his tenure with the Patriots, he earned two coveted Super Bowl rings, celebrating victories in Super Bowl XXXVI in 2002 and Super Bowl XXXVIII in 2004. Following his time in New England, Huard transitioned to the Kansas City Chiefs in 2004. He saw substantial playing time in 2006 after an injury to Trent Green, starting eight games and leading the team to a 5-3 record.

Demonstrating his continued commitment to the sport and the Huskies, Huard also lent his expertise as an analyst for Husky radio broadcasts for nearly a decade, from 2010 to 2019.
