Dow joined the cast of the hit Bravo show Vanderpump Rules in 2019, which follows Lisa Vanderpump and the staff at her West Hollywood eateries SUR Restaurant & Lounge, Pump Restaurant, and Tom Tom Restaurant & Bar as they attempt to establish their careers in show business while dealing with interpersonal drama.

Dow is the company’s youngest assistant manager and finds it difficult to separate her personal and professional lives, especially since she works with all of her friends and ex-boyfriend. She’s also the only lady who can see through the allure of Tom Tom’s general manager and resident playboy, Max Boyens. Dow reveals facts from his history to Max when he starts dating Dayna Kathan, endangering their new relationship and putting Lisa’s two managers at odds.
