Dave Parletti

Dave Parletti, born on April 22, 1983, in London, England, developed an early interest in darts, beginning his professional career in 2003. Known by his nickname “The Architect,” Parletti’s methodical approach quickly established him as a competitor in various darts organizations. He primarily competed in events sanctioned by the British Darts Organisation (BDO) from 2015 to 2020 and has been active in the World Darts Federation (WDF) since 2015, with a brief stint in the Professional Darts Corporation (PDC) during 2015 and 2021 Q School periods. His career is marked by several significant tournament wins and consistent appearances in major events.

Parletti’s career gained momentum in 2017 when he secured his first notable title, winning the Jersey Classic. This was followed by a successful 2018, where he clinched victories at both the Welsh Masters and the Winmau Wolverhampton Open. That same year, he also demonstrated his capabilities on a larger stage by reaching the Last 16 of the prestigious World Masters. His performance continued to be strong in 2019, adding the Romanian Open and the Welsh Classic to his list of triumphs. The Romanian Open saw him defeat Gary Robson in a close 6-5 final, while he overcame Martin Adams to win the Welsh Classic.

Throughout his career, Parletti has consistently engaged in high-level competitions, including multiple appearances at the BDO World Championship, where he reached the Last 32 in both 2019 and 2020. He also qualified for the WDF World Darts Championship in 2022, again reaching the Last 32.
