David Visentin

David Visentin is a Canadian real estate agent and television host, widely recognized for his long-standing role as a co-host on HGTV’s “Love It or List It.” After being selected as the real estate agent for the series, David Visentin premiered on HGTV’s ‘Love It or List It’ on the W Network on September 8, 2008. The long-running program established Visentin as a co-host and competitive counterpart to designer Hilary Farr, captivating audiences as he presented homeowners with alternative properties to encourage them to ‘list’ their current homes. Their dynamic, characterized by good-natured bickering, quickly became a key element contributing to the series’ widespread success. Prior to his television career, Visentin began his professional real estate career in 1987, working as an agent for ‘Country Living Realty’ in Barrie, Ontario.

In 2023, after 19 successful seasons, his long-time co-host Hilary Farr announced her departure from ‘Love It or List It.’ Production temporarily paused, and in 2025, Page Turner was announced as Farr’s successor, joining Visentin for the show’s highly anticipated 20th season. Further expanding his media engagements in 2025, Visentin has appeared on Extra, Entertainment Tonight, Tamron Hall, and WNBC (News 4 New York), reinforcing his prominent role in home renovation and lifestyle programming.
