Dexter Lumis

Samuel Shaw is an American professional wrestler who is signed to WWE, performing under the ring name Dexter Lumis. Lumis has worked for Total Nonstop Action Wrestling, under his real name, where he became a former TNA Gut Check winner – as well as competing in TNA’s then-developmental territory, Ohio Valley Wrestling, where he was a two time Southern Tag Team Champion. Lumis began training with Curtis Hughes at the WWA4 Wrestling School, and made his professional wrestling debut in 2007 at World League Wrestling, teaming up with Tookie Tucker to defeat Marco Cordova and Otis Idol in a tag team match.

Lumis had wrestled for the likes of Full Impact Pro, Pro Wrestling Extreme and Vintage Wrestling – defeating prestigious stars such as Glacier to become the first Vintage Heavyweight Champion. Lumis would go on to defend his championship against the likes to Tyson Tomko and Jesse Neal, with the latter being a former member of the military and an expected win – however Lumis would go on to win his wrestling battle. The wrestler would then go on to become a second and then third time champion, as well as participating in the King of the State tournament.

Lumis would then go on to take on Romeo Razel and Sideshow in a three-way match and won, leading to a shot at the FUW Heavyweight Champion. The wrestler is also an artist, being multitalented, mostly focusing on comic book illustrations and caricatures of pop culture references such as Batman and The Joker. Lumis is hugely into fitness, and shares his journey with both art and fitness on his Instagram account which has over 142 thousand followers.
