Diana Silvers was born on November 3, 1997, in Los Angeles, California. She comes from a diverse background, with her mother being Swiss and her father of Romanian Jewish descent. Silvers developed an early interest in acting after watching the film “What’s Eating Gilbert Grape” at age 12, subsequently attending theatre camps. During her high school years at Palisades Charter High School, she was also involved in tennis. She later pursued higher education at New York University, initially studying acting before changing her major to history with a minor in film. She ultimately left during her junior year to focus on her burgeoning career.
Silvers began her professional journey in modeling during her teenage years, being scouted by IMG Models in 2015. She continued modeling while attending NYU to finance her studies, and her modeling career saw her close Stella McCartney’s Autumn show in 2019. Her acting debut occurred in 2018 with an episode of the Hulu thriller series “Into the Dark.” This was quickly followed by appearances in major films in 2019, including M. Night Shyamalan’s “Glass,” Olivia Wilde’s “Booksmart” where she played Hope, and the Blumhouse horror film “Ma,” portraying Maggie. These early roles showcased her versatility and marked her rapid entry into the entertainment industry.
Her career progressed with significant television and film roles. In September 2019, Silvers was cast as Erin Naird in the Netflix comedy series “Space Force,” a role she maintained from 2020 to 2022 across 17 episodes. She also starred as Camille in the action movie “Ava” in 2020 and as Kate Sanders in Sarah Adina Smith’s 2021 film “Birds of Paradise” for Amazon Studios. Recent and upcoming projects include “The Killer” (2024) as Jenn Clark, “Lonely Planet” (2024) as Lily Kemp, and “Billy Knight” (2025) as Emily. She is also slated for a main role as Dahlia Teller in the upcoming TV series “The Abandons” (2025). Her consistent work across different genres highlights her expanding presence in film and television.
