Eden Sher

Eden Sher is an accomplished actress known for her roles in television and film, including her Critics’ Choice Television Award-winning performance. After landing the main role of Sue Heck in the ABC comedy series ‘The Middle,’ Eden Sher established herself as an acclaimed actress, earning a Critics’ Choice Television Award for Best Supporting Actress in a Comedy Series in 2013. Over 215 episodes of the hit show, which aired from 2009 to 2018, Sher’s portrayal of the optimistic teenager garnered significant recognition. Her early career included a role in the 2001 short film ‘Stuck’ and a recurring role as Gretchen in the Showtime series ‘Weeds’ in 2006.

She went on to star in the feature films ‘Temps’ (2016), ‘The Outcasts’ (2017), and ‘Step Sisters’ (2018), showcasing her versatility across genres. Following the conclusion of ‘The Middle’ in 2018, ABC commissioned a spin-off pilot, ‘Sue Sue In The City,’ centered on Sher’s beloved character.
