Elise Mosca

Elise Mosca gained public recognition as a contestant on the reality television series “The Bachelor” in 2014, followed by an appearance in “Bachelor in Paradise” during the same year. Prior to her television appearances, Mosca was a first-grade teacher in the Wilkes-Barre Area School District, specifically at a Plains Twp. elementary school, from which she officially resigned in November 2019. Her educational background includes graduating from West Chester University.

Her participation in reality television led to various discussions regarding her professional life, including leaves of absence from her teaching position. Following a period of leaves in 2013-2014 for her television commitments, and subsequent denied requests for further leave, a worker’s compensation settlement was reached, culminating in her resignation from the school district.
