Elizabeth Reaser

Elizabeth Reaser has made significant contributions to film, television, and theatre, evolving from a Juilliard-trained actress to a recognized figure in popular franchises and critically acclaimed series. After earning her Bachelor of Fine Arts from The Juilliard School in 1999, Elizabeth Reaser quickly established herself with early work on daytime dramas such as ‘Guiding Light’ and diverse stage productions. She was notably hailed as one of ’14 To Be’ emerging creative women by Interview magazine in October 2004. Reaser gained significant early recognition for her role in the independent film Sweet Land (2005), which earned her a Jury Award for Best Actress (Feature Film) at the Newport Beach Film Festival in 2006, alongside an Independent Spirit Award nomination for Best Female Lead in 2007.

Reaser further expanded her television presence with a role in the Emmy-winning series The Handmaid’s Tale (2019). Her filmography during this period also includes appearances in Young Adult (2011) and the successful horror film Ouija: Origin of Evil (2016).
