Ellen Min was born on September 29, 1994, in Philadelphia, PA. She studied psychology during her time at UCLA. During her university years, she founded Koreos, UCLA’s first K-pop dance team, which gained significant recognition and developed a strong online presence. She concurrently directed and produced for Passion, a charity dance production company, from 2010 to 2013.
Min’s career progressed significantly through her online endeavors. She co-runs the popular “Ellen and Brian” YouTube channel with her husband, Brian Li, focusing on K-pop dance covers, fashion, lifestyle, and family content. This channel has accumulated over 3 million subscribers. She has also served as a Senior Strategic Planning Analyst at the UCLA Office, where her responsibilities included partnering and negotiating contracts with various agencies and brands.
