Emma Plasschaert is a highly accomplished Belgian sailor, celebrated for her multiple World Championship titles and Olympic performances in the ILCA 6 class. After making a significant impact early in her career, Emma Plasschaert achieved her first top ten finishes at the World Championships in both 2013 and 2014 in the Laser Radial class. Having moved into the Laser Radial class in 2010, she further honed her skills while training with the team associated with 2012 Olympic bronze medalist Evi Van Acker.
