Erica Cerra established her professional acting career with intensive study under acclaimed coaches such as Matthew Harrison, Larry Moss, and Gina Chiarelli, quickly building a diverse filmography across both film and television. Her early career included appearances in New Line Cinema’s ‘Blade III’ (2004), MGM’s ‘Dead Like Me’ (2003), and Showtime’s ‘The L Word’ (2004, 2006). She also featured in television series like ‘Jake 2.0’ (2003), ‘The Collector’ (2004), and ‘The Dead Zone’ (2004). A pivotal moment arrived with her starring role as Deputy Jo Lupo in the SyFy series ‘Eureka,’ which ran for six seasons from 2006 to 2012, firmly establishing her within the science fiction genre.
