Erin Holland

Born and raised in Cairns, Australia, Erin Holland began her performing arts journey at the age of four, engaging in singing, dancing, and playing musical instruments. This early passion led her to relocate to Sydney after high school, where she pursued a career in the entertainment industry. She was awarded a scholarship to the Sydney Conservatorium of Music, completing a Bachelor of Classical Voice Performance between 2007 and 2011. During her amateur theatre career, she took on lead roles in musicals such as ‘Anything Goes’ (Reno Sweeney), ‘Beauty and the Beast’ (Belle), ‘Annie’ (Lily), and ‘Fame’ (Carmen). Holland is also proficient in jazz and tap dancing, achieving honours in advanced R.A.D examinations, and holds advanced qualifications in Classical Voice, Clarinet, and Theory A.M.E.B examinations.

In 2013, Erin Holland achieved significant recognition by winning the Miss World Australia Competition on July 20. She subsequently represented Australia against 126 other countries at the International Miss World competition in Bali in September 2013. During this competition, she earned the title of Miss World Oceania, one of the Top 6 Continental Queen titles. Her performance in the competition also saw her awarded Runner-Up in both the Beauty with a Purpose Charity Fast Track and the Talent Fast Track, where she sang “Someone Like You” from the musical ‘Jekyll & Hyde’. She also received Missosology’s People’s Choice Award and placed eighth in the interview component.

Following her pageant success, Holland has built a career as a TV host, sports presenter, and media personality. She has been featured as a sports presenter at the Pakistan Super League for seasons 4, 5, 7, 8, 9, and 10, covering matches and post-match ceremonies. Her television appearances include ‘Holey Moley Australia’ (2021) as a Celebrity Guest and ‘Secret Daughter’ (2016) as Delta Jensen. She also participated as a contestant on ‘SAS Australia’ in 2021 and served as an anchor for the ‘Indian Premier League’ in 2018. She is an active ambassador for the International Beauty with a Purpose Charity, contributing to the Lilla Community in Australia’s Northern Territory, and supports Variety, the Children’s Charity, Make-A-Wish Foundation, and McHappy Day for the Ronald McDonald Charity. Holland is married to Australian cricketer Ben Cutting.
