Gottmik

Gottmik has established herself as a prominent drag performer and make-up artist, recognized for achievements across television and fashion industries. After becoming the first trans man to compete on RuPaul’s Drag Race, Gottmik made a significant impact on the thirteenth season in 2021, ultimately placing in the top four and achieving two challenge wins, including a memorable performance as Paris Hilton in the Snatch Game. This breakthrough followed an already established career as a highly sought-after make-up artist. Gottmik’s artistry has graced publications such as Flaunt, Nylon, and Paper, and has been commissioned by notable clients including Cindy Crawford, Paris Hilton, Heidi Klum, Adam Lambert, and Tinashe.

In 2021, Gottmik participated in the COVID-19 pandemic-compliant Drive ‘N Drag Saves 2021 tour across the United States. The following year, Gottmik joined Voss Events’ 2022 RuPaul’s Drag Race Werq the World European tour. October 2021 saw Gottmik performing in Voss Event’s Night of the Living Drag Halloween tour, sharing the stage with fellow alumni Violet Chachki, Alyssa Edwards, Aquaria, Jaida Essence Hall, Kandy Muse, Plastique Tiara, Rosé, and Kim Chi. Expanding into digital content, Gottmik launched a YouTube channel in January 2021 and, in September 2021, initiated the successful podcast and YouTube series ‘No Gorge’ with Violet Chachki, focusing on fashion, life, and artistry.

In April 2024, Gottmik returned to the RuPaul’s Drag Race universe, competing on the ninth season of All Stars. This continued visibility earned Gottmik a 2024 Queerty Award nomination for Future All-Star. With a continued presence in television, fashion, and publishing, Gottmik remains a prominent and marketable figure across multiple entertainment platforms.
