Thomas George Graeme Hibbitts, known as Bimini Bon-Boulash, was born on May 12, 1993, in Great Yarmouth, England. They moved to London in 2012 to study journalism at the London College of Communication, where they discovered and began performing drag in 2017. Their drag career formally began in 2019, drawing inspiration from fashion designers like Alexander McQueen and Vivienne Westwood.
Bimini gained significant recognition in December 2020 as a contestant on the second series of RuPaul’s Drag Race UK, placing as a runner-up. During the competition, they won four challenges, including the Snatch Game, where they impersonated Katie Price. Following their appearance on the show, Bimini made their London Fashion Week runway debut in February 2021 with Art School London, a genderless fashion label. In July 2021, they embarked on the sold-out United Kingdolls Tour alongside fellow Drag Race contestants. They later joined “RuPaul’s Drag Race UK: The Official Tour” in February 2022. Additionally, Bimini authored the book “Release the Beast: A Drag Queen’s Guide to Life,” published by Penguin Books and Viking Books in October 2021.
Their musical career includes the release of their first single “God Save This Queen” in June 2021 and their debut EP, “When the Party Ends,” in summer 2023, under Relentless Records. In 2025, Bimini participated in “Celebrity SAS: Who Dares Wins,” reaching the final five contestants. They have also contributed to radio, hosting a Saturday-afternoon slot on BBC Radio 1 in August 2021, and have been recognized with awards such as the GAY TIMES Honour for Drag Hero in November 2021.
