Greg Ellis

Greg Ellis achieved early career milestones, performing a lead role in a West End musical at 14 and securing a number one single on the pop charts by age 15. Transitioning to screen, he quickly built a substantial filmography, contributing to iconic projects such as Oscar-winning ‘Titanic’ (1997) as a ‘Carpathia’ Steward, and the Emmy-nominated series ‘The X-Files’ (1998). His work on the billion-dollar ‘Pirates of the Caribbean’ franchise began in 2003 with his role as Lieutenant Theodore Groves in ‘The Curse of the Black Pearl’. He further appeared as Michael Amador in the critically acclaimed series ’24’ (2003-2004), solidifying his presence in major television dramas.

Ellis continued his involvement in blockbuster films, reprising his role as Lieutenant Theodore Groves in ‘Pirates of the Caribbean: At World’s End’ (2007) and ‘On Stranger Tides’ (2011). He also appeared in Doug Liman’s ‘Mr. & Mrs. Smith’ (2005) as Mickey and J.J.

In 2021, Ellis added ‘author’ to his multifaceted career with the publication of ‘The Respondent: Exposing the Cartel of Family Law’, offering a personal account and incisive analysis of the family law system.
