Rodeo clown, bull-rider, stuntman and all-round entertainer Jason Dent first graced the screens following his 2017 appearance on the 19th Season of Big Brother. Before this claim to fame, Dent was one of the rodeo’s world most prominent figures in his home state of Iowa and across the country. Known as ‘Whistle-Nut’ and joined by his bull ‘Ole’, the duo performs across the U.S. and Canada and are a Professional Rodeo Cowboys Association act. With several successes under his belt, Dent’s rodeo journey has seen him win the PBR FUN Rodeo Clown Contest in 2013 and feature on NBC Montana in 2015. Known for his comedy and vivacious interactions with the crowd, Dent brought his enthusiasm to the Big Brother house in 2017.
Admittedly having only seen one episode of the show before entering, the extrovert was nevertheless coming in with a strategy and his characteristic genuine personality. He became known for his athleticism and ambition in the house and quickly stood out from the crowd. As a favourite in the house, Dent ended up being in the top 3 for America’s Favourite Houseguest. Receiving a dedicated group of fans following the appearance, he has since gone on to receive almost 100 thousand Instagram followers, where he shares his career as the charismatic Whistle-Nut.
