Jeremy Allen White

Jeremy Allen White is an American actor primarily known for his impactful performances in television and film. After establishing his presence in early film and television roles including Beautiful Ohio and Conviction in 2006, and appearing in Afterschool, which premiered at the Cannes Film Festival in 2008, Jeremy Allen White achieved his breakthrough in 2011 with the role of Phillip ‘Lip’ Gallagher in the Showtime series Shameless. He portrayed the character for 134 episodes until 2021, earning critical acclaim and a Critics’ Choice Television Award nomination in 2014 for Best Supporting Actor in a Comedy Series. During this extensive tenure, White further honed his craft in independent cinema.

Demonstrating his growing marketability, he was also named a global ambassador for Calvin Klein underwear in 2024. Looking ahead, White is set to portray music icon Bruce Springsteen in the 2025 biopic Deliver Me from Nowhere. His career trajectory further expands with a role as Rotta the Hutt in the 2026 Star Wars film The Mandalorian and Grogu and as Jeff Horwitz in The Social Reckoning, also slated for 2026.
