Jimmy Uso

Jonathan Solofa Fatu, known professionally as Jimmy Uso, was born on August 22, 1985, in San Francisco, California. He is a member of the renowned Anoaʻi family, a lineage prominent in professional wrestling. Trained by his father, WWE Hall of Famer Rikishi, Fatu embarked on his professional wrestling career with his twin brother, Jey Uso. Their partnership began in 2007, leading them to join Florida Championship Wrestling (FCW) in 2010. During their time in FCW, they became FCW Florida Tag Team Champions. The Usos then transitioned to WWE’s main roster later that same year.

Over his career, Jimmy Uso, primarily alongside his brother Jey, achieved significant milestones in tag team wrestling. They became eight-time Tag Team Champions in WWE, holding both the Raw and SmackDown Tag Team Championships. A highlight of their career was a record-setting 622-day reign as SmackDown Tag Team Champions, establishing them as the longest-reigning Tag Team Champions in WWE history. Their involvement in The Bloodline faction, standing alongside Roman Reigns, brought further prominence and multiple championship defenses, solidifying their status within the organization. While part of The Bloodline, Jimmy played a role in high-stakes matches and storylines, including main eventing WrestleMania 39.

Jimmy Uso has navigated various career phases, including periods as both a fan favorite and a heel character. A pivotal turning point occurred during the “Bloodline Civil War” in 2023 when he betrayed Jey at SummerSlam, costing him a championship opportunity. This event led to a period of conflict and eventual reconciliation with his brother, reuniting The Usos in late 2024.
