Johnny Dee, an American heavy metal drummer, has established a notable career through his work with prominent bands such as Britny Fox, Doro, and Tyketto. After propelling glam metal band Britny Fox to significant chart success with their debut albums, Johnny Dee has established an acclaimed career as a heavy metal drummer, known for his powerful contributions to bands including Doro and Tyketto. Dee’s professional journey began in 1985 with the heavy metal band World War III, recording their self-titled debut the same year. He then joined the British hard rock band Waysted, contributing to their 1986 album, ‘Save Your Prayers.’ In 1987, Dee became the drummer for Britny Fox, with their self-titled debut (1988) and follow-up ‘Boys in Heat’ (1989) both achieving commercial success by charting.

Building on his extensive discography, Dee continued his long-standing work with Doro, contributing to her latest album, ‘Conqueress Forever Strong and Proud,’ released in 2023. He remains an active performer with Doro, managing their US touring operations, and is currently focused on planning and creating new music with Tyketto, ensuring his continued impact on the hard rock and heavy metal scenes worldwide.
