Judy Trammell, a former Dallas Cowboys Cheerleader, has become the Head Choreographer for the renowned squad, shaping their performances for decades and appearing in popular reality television series. After becoming a Dallas Cowboys Cheerleader (DCC) in 1980, Judy Trammell dedicated four seasons to the iconic squad, where she also distinguished herself as a group leader and a show group member. Her direct experience during this period, from 1980 to 1984, provided a foundational understanding of the artistry and rigorous demands of the role. This hands-on insight proved invaluable as she transitioned into an administrative capacity within the organization, accepting the role of Assistant Choreographer for the Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders in 1984.

Through this platform, she showcased her unique ability to balance rigorous training methodologies with supportive mentorship, inspiring aspiring cheerleaders to achieve peak performance while navigating the pressures of public life. In 2024, Trammell continued her presence in unscripted television, appearing in the Netflix series America’s Sweethearts: Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders.
