Katheryn Winnick

Katheryn Winnick earned critical acclaim for her breakthrough role as Lagertha in the History Channel’s ‘Vikings’ from 2013 to 2020. This starring performance garnered her a 2019 WIN Award for Best Actress in a Drama series, alongside nominations for Best Supporting Actress at both the Critics’ Choice Television Awards and the Canadian Screen Awards. Prior to this, Winnick built a robust foundation in television with a recurring role in ‘Student Bodies’ starting in 1999, followed by guest appearances in notable series including ‘House,’ ‘The Glades,’ ‘Law & Order,’ ‘CSI,’ and ‘Criminal Minds.’ A significant milestone in her early career was her recurring role as Hannah Burley in Fox’s ‘Bones’ from 2010 to 2011. Expanding her expertise behind the camera, Winnick made her directorial debut during the sixth and final season of ‘Vikings’ in 2020.
