Katie Couric is a renowned American journalist and presenter, recognized for her impactful career across major television networks and as the founder of Katie Couric Media. After earning an Associated Press award and an Emmy for her work as a general-assignment reporter at WRC-TV in Washington, D.C., Katie Couric went on to join NBC News in 1989.
